Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use johoforms (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or publishing a form you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you use johoforms for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

Your content

You own your forms and the responses they collect. You give us permission to store, display and process them only as needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect the data your forms ask for, and for telling respondents how you will use it.

What you must not do

• Use forms for phishing, or to collect passwords, card numbers or bank log-ins.
• Pretend to be another person, company or government body.
• Collect sensitive health, financial or identity data without a lawful basis and the respondent's clear consent.
• Send spam, or break any law.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

We may remove forms or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where needed to protect respondents. To report a form, email support@johoforms.com with its link.

Plans and payments

• The free plan is free forever, with the limits shown on our pricing section.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices may change; we will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email support@johoforms.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Availability

We work hard to keep johoforms running, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime. Please keep your own copies of important responses — you can export them at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using johoforms at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its forms stop accepting responses and its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
